thinking about selling her

not really sure what to try n get for it but figured i would just let my fingers do the talking
i have a 93 f150 4x4 at ps ac pb etc 4x shift on the fly, dual tanks fiberglass topper new tires on stock ford ralleys,
now the other part that sets it from the rest
it has a fresher 351w in place of the old 302. built it with a comp cam ported heads and speedpro pistons. all that thumps through the modified y pipe, through straight pipe to the 70 series flowmaster into 3in mandrel bent duals bent out the side in front of the bumper on each side. i have a cat that is new that could go with it.

now the messy part. seeing as it has the 302 ecm, it needs a chip custom made yet to get it going right with the comp cam and ported heads and high flow exhaust. it also just had a deal i noticed when it got hot the oil pressure gauge was fluctuating. could be sending unit or mains need replacing. worst case it needs a crank kit, but i dont want to do it for i stuck a fortune into the brand new motor and the 302s i had bad luck with. i think i have 8000$ into it already and since i dont drive it anymore i really dont need it. especially with a baby on the way. i was thinking of trying to ask 3500-4000$ b/0, but kinda want to do anything to get rid of the truck so i can concentrate on my old one. what should i ask for it? otherwise it will clean up nice with the few scratches buffed out and the few grease spots in the interior cleaned with a rag. i will take offers, i am in st paul. probaly be a awesome truck with a chip and a good wash. i havent really drove it since i put the motor in so i dont know about dependability and would have to let it go as is. in a month or two i might buy the chip to see how it runs, but i dont want to put another dime into it. i should be working on my 55f100.

I bought my 92 last year for $4200. 4x4 XLT. The body and interior are in excellent condition and it had about 150000 miles on it. Drivetrain is stock 300 with the M5OD. It had a few extra's (grill guard, bra, tonoue cover, light bar). I searched for a while to find my truck. If you can clean it up so it runs smooth and looks good, you should be able to get $4000 without a problem. There are allot of beat up trucks around here.
