Trouble codes - how-to?

Just hoping to pull the trouble codes out of my 97 PSD without using a scanner. Can this be done with a paperclip, and if so, which connectors do I need to jump?

Noticed light was on today for the first time.

Can't do it with a paperclip like a GM vehicle, have to have a scanner or a code reader. Autozone will do it for free for you.
