Front Rotors

Hi guys. Have a 98, F150 4x4 with 110,000 kms. At 80,000 had it in for routine brake work (pads etc.). The front rotors were seized on bad enough they had to be broken off. Ultimately new rotors were installed. Since this time I need to have the rotors machined every 6000-7000 kms as they begin to pulse more and more. Have had the calipers checked, back brakes checked, temperature checked after driving, ABS checked etc. Have had second and third opinions in all these areas. After a machining I have good braking until about 5000 kms and the feeling starts to show up again. I am now in need of a third new set of rotors since the first was taken off.
Recently had the Ford shop give it a thorough going over and they didn't find anything except a front left hub out about 8 thou. Front right hub is only out 1 thou and they say that this is acceptable but the 8 thou may be causing my problems. Had a second mechanic (different shop) come to the same conclusion about the front left hub, his measurement 7 thou out. Obviously replacing the hub is expensive but I will gladly have it done if I can cure the problem. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
Thanks.

Make sure when you work pn it or have someone work on them that they torque the lug nuts to spec. Since I started doing this I have not had to have rotors turned at all. An uneven torque on the lugs will cause the rotors to warp when they heat.

Also check to make sure the rear brakes are working properly. If they aren't, the front ones will overheat.
