Stator/Pickup Coil Replacement

I need to replace the stator in my distributor. Looks fairly simple except for one part. How does the little crowned flywheel (arbor?) come off the shaft. I can pull the keeper clip inside from under the oil sponge but that doesn't seem to free it completely. I see a small drift pin on the outside of the shaft but don't see how that's holding the flywheel to the inner shaft.

I have a tendency to snap things in two so before I apply too much pull to the flywheel I thought it best to ask for a seasoned solution. I'm listening. :-)

Use two screwdrivers or prybars, one opposite the other and pry it up and off. They usually come off easy. Don't loose the little roll pin, it is what keeps it from spinning on the shaft.
