Tips for removing drivers side motor mount?

I just purchased A 2010 king ranch with the 5.4 triton for a great price at 170k miles. Motor is bad and I have a donor motor ready to put in, Issue I am having is the motor mount on the drivers side seems seized. Any advice on removing it?
