2005 escape xlt coolant leak
 

I recently noticed my car over heating. Thought it was due to low coolant levels and lack of maintenance. After refilling the coolant I found 2 leaks. One leak was located on a radiator hose. The second leak was found at the water pump. After immediately replacing both the car ran perfectly for 2 days without overheating or leaking coolant. On the 3rd day I noticed low coolant after refilling my coolant I started to get a MASSIVE leak from the seal of the transmission. Any suggestions as to what may be causing the leak would be appreciated.
