1999 f150 4x4 having issues,not much of a mechanic, and don't have a lot of money.

Howdy y`all
I just bought a 1999 f15 v8 4x4 custom light all the way after market rims and tires, new paint black on black the whole deal tolook good driving around.. But mostly because my wife wanted it so dam bad! I like the truck a lot but think I got a kick in the balls on price, this truck has a after market electric fan that who ever wired this was wrong all the way around, I have wires that come out of the fuse box that go to a relay box that go to fan 2red 2 blue 2green & 2yellow. Well the thing caught fire and burned up break fluid resavor and master cylinder damaged fuse box and wires. But the fan still turns on the truck drives just no blinkers or flashers probably a fuse... ok the truck is all over the road it feels like I'm gliding hat it. The 4x4 won't engage found out the hard way stuck in the mud but we love her. Can someone please give me tips on better gas mileage any thing I can do to help? Also could it be bad tires that makes my rig feel like its all over the road as if it catches every groove? Thats gotta stop before babydoll drives. Well thats about it for now , like I said I love the truckand hope to have it the rest of my life not matter what I just need to getter fixed she has a little cold not the covid-19 , well thanks for having me and ill be back now ya hear.
