holley 4160(750cfm)

what up yall! got a holley 4160(750cfm) running into my 460. i called holley and asked hem what fuel pump to use....their suggestion was a holley 80-110gph fuel pump. it costs $111(of course they did) and it wont ship for almost three weeks. im getting ready to move at the begining of march and ideally would like to drive my truck....i dont know engines enough to answer my question so it is as follws: i can have a new stock fuel pump sent and here in 2 days and i can continue my fuel system work, will a stock fuel pump get me 800 miles down the road with my carb or is the higher flow rate from the pump essential to opporation?.......insider info: i already ordered the stock pump, just curious if i should be planning on ordering the higher output pump regardless.....every penny counts, about to move

I would say to go for it on the stock pump. The high flow rate is not needed for street driving.
