Power window fuse 1985 Econoline?

Power windows are getting no power at the switch. There is no obvious fuse for the power windows in the fuse box, and all the fuses are good.
Where to look ?

Fuse 10 is for your windows also you have a Ckt Breaker right front fender.....
Check the Safety Relay at the LH kick panel.
