97 f250 HD 5.8L 4x4 parts

Everytime I call for a part I have to go into very specific details about my truck and still when I go to pick it up 85% of the time its wrong. Went and got wheel bearing and kept checking with guy to make sure they were the right ones and he still have me for a Dana 44 so too small

I have the same truck with a 7.5L. I just tell them it's a 96 F-250, 99% of the time it's the right part.
The Calibration Code in my door says it's was supposed to be an ambulance, so I have bigger brakes and springs in the back than a normal 250. Take a look at that, and see if yours doesn't have some funny package attached to it as well.

Truck info

Yeah mine says same. Employees always ask about motor, HD, 4x4 etc so I assume that they would see it on the computer but. Looking to to do a tune up but once again hearing a whole bunch of different opinions about what and what not to buy. Really need distributor, cap, rotor and plugs. Stating to nickle dime me on stuff they said was fixed before I bought it?

I'd just buy everything Motorcraft if you can, or atleast a quality brand and order it all for an 1996 F-250 with the 5.8. Should work out fine.
