Search for Michigan License Plate 1969

Hello dear forum community,
I am looking for a pair of license plates for my truck. I would like to have a suitable and well-preserved couple. As he comes from Michigan, a Michigan 1969 Great Lake States would be very nice in original red. I would like to use these signs at meetings and exhibitions to represent the original character. Maybe someone of you has something like that and would sell it to me for a reasonable price. About offers with picture and a price idea including shipping to Germany, I would be happy.

Best regards from Germany
Lars

Look for old license plates on ebay.

Thanks for the answer Bill,
I have already seen the signs on ebay.com
they are only sometimes very expensive and the shipping is high ...
So here's the question, maybe there is someone who has something in the cellar.

greetings
Lars

There is a person on Facebook that restores old license plates. I don't know them and I haven't used their service, but I am intrigued by what I have seen on the Facebook page and the website. I suspect it may cost more than you're wanting to invest, but might be of some interest. The FB page and website are called Finish Your Plates (dot com).

Hey,
Thanks for the "link" but that is really expensive.
I've found a nice plate by now, not a 1969 but a Michigan Historic Vehicle sign.

Thanks again for your tips
Greet Lars
