1978 2WD front grease retainer part number????
 

I have been wading through the internet and the parts manual but I can't seem to find the correct Ford part number (or at least one I can use to get a modern part number) for the part that is shown in the manual as.....

GREASE RETAINER.... 1190

I don't want to get the wrong grease seal for my front spindles...
They are, disk brake type, 2WD, 1978, F150, ....

I hope you don't mind giving me this part number (NUMBERDUMMY) but, is there a place I can find these part numbers on my own....without asking?
