Buying Ford 1966 F100 Project Car

I'm looking to get an old Ford truck as a project. I've come across the following (https://www.kijiji.ca/v-view-details...dId=1418708427).

I'm likely going to go check it out this weekend. While discussing the truck with the owner he messaged me the following: "The motor runs great but the fuel tank needs flushing so youd probably have to get a couple of fuel filters in case it chokes out. I drove it from shaunavan last year and it took about 6 filters to make it home. i just havnt had the time or the shop to do it in."

I will probably go and see it in person this weekend. Would there be anything more I should be looking out for?

Looks like a pretty decent truck for being 50+ years old...price seems high to me though. Try posting your question here for more looks...

I've seen complete 'rare' rust buckets for more.
Check in with your local chapter, there's a few FTE'rs in Regina.

Bought or still looking? I love this car, in fact, I am the biggest fan of it, I dont have my own car, I mostly take it on rent from Car Rental 8 Coupons, Are you considering to buy from online stores or local shops?
