Well I'm an idiot. I mistakenly in my haste ordered a 19gal midship tank. Grandpa has a 17. Let me tell you, they ain't close boss. Grr guess I'll reorder,use the 19 in Clifford. Also thinking about getting a tank for the 76 coming to. I sure miss driving it here lately.

well after 2 new fuel tanks,2 fuel pump modules,1 fuel filter and some elbow grease grandpa is alive once more. Fuel gauges both operating correctly and man the ol' dude has the pep back in his step. Off to watch some promods drag racing tomorrow in Bowling Green KY. First road trip and I'll snap some pics! |
