1969 f250 filler neck grommet for Auxillary Tank
I am looking for the Fuel neck grommet for the auxiliary tank on my 1969 f250 camper special. I have been calling around as well as searching the web (referenced the list suggested) and have not been successful. it seems Mac's, LMC, CJ's etc all have the grommets for the 72 and above or the in cab one. Does anyone have any interchange guides that would provide what OEM part number or other years/models that may work. The diameter of the hole in the truck bed is 2 1/2" and the diameter of the fuel neck is 2 1/4
Any help would be great. |

No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any, not reproduced AFAIK 1970/72 is different (3.36" O.D. x 2.15" I.D.), due to the location of the filler neck. 1973/76 is different again, 1977/79 have fuel doors. btw: I looked, Obsolete Reliable Parts has the in-cab tank filler tube grommet, it's not the same. |
