Newbie Question

I have a 1964 Ford F100, 223 6 cylinder, 3 speed manual transmission. I think the rubber body mounts need replacing. I already have the shop manual ad Chilton manuals and was wondering if there a body/chassis manual.

any links or hints are greatly appreciated.

I am not sure what year the body mount sleeves were pressed together.
I had an 84, which they were, but my 65 were rusted out, so was not sure
Anyway if they are there is a trick to taking them out and this video gives you an idea how to do it.
A lot easier then pounding them out with a BFH and ruining the bolts
I used thick pvc pipe and the original bolt, not the all thread as in video
Either way you can get the idea and mock it up as you see fit
Good luck

I meant to ask you, where did you pull the diagram from.

ND has all the master parts catalogs and is probably one of the few human beings left that knows how to use them. Actually I think you can buy the things on CD if you can figure out how to use them.

That verifies you are a Newbie as described.
Just post a question and ND will chime in, as he has a wealth of information.
I am consistently learning just by reading some of the stuff he post

Welcome to the club!!!
