1963 Ford F-100 292 146 teeth flywheel

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm having a hard time finding. Trying to replace the clutch in a 1963 Ford F100 292. The flywheel looks like it has cracks in it and I want to replace but I'm having a hard time locating. Does anybody know if there is there a replacement for the flywheel or any Replacements I can use

Measure the diameter of the flywheel and the bolt circle pattern where the pressure plate attaches, because...there are THREE different flywheels.

Ford also sold the ring gear by itself (it's the same 1954/64 223/262 I-6 & 239/256/272/292 Y block), but from what you typed, you need the whole enchilada.

Note: Please ask questions in the 1961/66 F100 and etc forum. This is the 1948/56 F1/F100 etc forum.

If the Flywheel is good shape then the ring gear can be bought at C & G ford Parts-

I will try measure and see what I can find out. Thank you, unfortunately I do need the whole thing

Look up John Mummert. He sells Y Block parts. I think he sells an aluminum flywheel. I have a flywheel with a car clutch, it doesn't have the holes for a truck clutch. Or try Y Blocks forever site. Advertise in the classifieds. I' sure someone has what you need.

Thanks, I may try that. Right now I'm trying to find a shop to see if it's bad enough that it cannot be turned

Well I brought the flywheel to several shops and it seems like the opinion of all of them is to do nothing to it. It seems like it's not nearly as bad as I thought (me being a novice at these things). What a big relief hearing that from experts. I appreciate any input I received from The Forum as I will undoubtedly be asking questions again
