Just going as a Lookie Loo John. The boat in the sig pic is "it" for the foreseeable future. Going to look at accessories and other goodies they might have there. You know, all the fun stuff that you don't need, don't want and never planned on getting, but somehow magically ends up in the trunk of the car for the trip home.
AND we are taking the car...NO trailer hitch. Pickup is too dangerous, it has a hitch on the back bumper, on the front bumper and a goose neck hitch in the bed. No way shape or form is it going to get close to the boat show!}>:-X04

Wife hid the keys Eh! lol

I think so. I've been to that museum on a number and seen hundreds of pictures. The boat show we went to today was just a few blocks from the museum.
She was a Victory Ship that was built in Portland. Victory's were built after the Liberty ships. Liberty were kind of like use one war and throw away. Victory Ships were supposed to be able to last longer and be used by the Navy after the war.

Good evening Oregon and Visiting Ford Fans.

Finally got my Ford parts painted, now to let the paint cure a couple days and get it back together.

Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. We survived the Portland traffic (Warden only sucked her breath in and applied 'her' brakes a couple of times), took a tour of some homeless camps and saw a lot of really neat boats. Took a look at the $900,000.00 Prestige Yacht, but I declined to go on board for a tour and I wouldn't let the Warden go either. I think I could get them down to $890,000 in a cash deal, but we decided against it. We feel it probably is too big for Diamond Lake. We'd certainly have a tough time finding deep enough water at any of the boat ramps to launch her.

We departed the boat show $83.00 poorer. The Warden had to buy one vendor out of all the Salmon Feast Smelly Jelly he had after we struck a 50% off deal. I found a fillet knife that I was pretty certain was sharper and newer than any of the 9 or 10 I currently have so I got that. It also has a spoon on one end of it so I can eat my beans with it when I'm not cleaning fish. Dual purpose! :-missingt

It got really scary there for a few minutes. Warden actually went on board and took a tour through a 26 footer. She came out with her eyes lit up like Christmas Trees stammering and stuttering about a stove, oven, head with shower, queen size bed and a bunch of other stuff. It was only $300,000.00. Convinced her it too was too big for Diamond Lake.

You got a heat lamp on the parts Chris? (Or sitting on Rene's kitchen floor.)

No heat lamp we got to 61° today and the paint I'm using drys fast, it was getting a little cool at the end but should be ready when some more parts get in Tuesday.

Morning all, and it starts again. 28 at the house when I left. Could use a good 3 day not ever getting above freezing to kill of the insects. Yesterday afternoon it was like summer with all the bugs flying around, it was warm I had a t-shirt on outside and never got cold.

Morning Andy....
