Seat suggestions.

I need to get a set of bucket seats for my 1979 bronco. Interior is green. The drivers seat was trashed bad so I tossed it a while ago. I couldn't get a seat cover for it anyway, so at the time I figured I'd get something different. Not sure now if that was a good idea. I have a set of 1979 mustang seats laying around that bolted(with a couple new holes drilled) up to my stock seat brackets. They would work fine but they are too high, my head is almost on the headliner.

I've been looking at generic black racing style seats. Nothing I could find in a green similar to mine, think it's called jade green. Before I buy something online, is there any OEM seats that will work well? Color isn't important at this point. Just needs to be low enough to keep my head off the ceiling and recline enough to get in the back. Suggestions? Thanks.

Had a buddy buy 2 buckets and a center console out of a 2015 Chevy 2500HD. They were black leather and super nice. Power, etc.

He bought them here:

They do look real nice, console looks way better than the factory piece too. But, I'm not sure if they will help with the headroom issue. I suppose I could remake the drivers seat mounting brackets so that it is lower if I find some nice factory seats I like. I just remade 98% of the floor and was hoping to not have to remake every part of this bronco.

I looked around in a couple U-pull-its near me. I ended up getting some seats out of a Ford Escape.

They are just sitting in place in this picture. I have since mated them to my factory '79 seat mounts. Good part is that I was able to keep the sliding seat mount from the passenger side Escape seat and add it to the tilting bronco seat base. Now I can move the seat even further forward to make it easier it get into the back. I tried to make the driver side power seat stuff work with the bronco seat base, but it would have been too tall. These seats were less than $25 for the pair. I plan to get another set in leather when the weather gets nicer. They are very supportive, much more comfortable than the stock stuff. Console is from a 2006ish F-150, lots of storage, two front cup holders and two for the rear seat passengers, and a 12 volt power port in the rear of the console. Kids should like that. The colors don't match in any way, but for less than $50 total, I'm good with that.
