Beautiful rig! Congrats! We have a new fifth wheel in winter storage at the dealer, ordered the F350 to go with two weeks ago. Our new truck will be Platinum White too.

I have the same 5er. I know you'll love it, especially if you have a few travelers along for the ride. :-X22

Hey 395RL pullin’ Brother!

Anything you have run into that I should be looking out for?

My slam latches needed WD40, and I learned the hard way that the R001 keys are garbage. I broke one off in the lock...YouTubed the solution, and ordered a handful of spares.

😎

In the 3 yrs I've had it only a couple of issues. I had two leveling jacks fail. On in the middle and one in the rear. One was in the first yr and was replaced no charge by the dealer and the other was just recently. My jacks are Lippert Ground Control 2.0. I took the 2nd one apart and found that the shear pin at the top of the jack screw had broken, just as it was designed to do to prevent more severe damage to the jack. I thought it would be an easy and inexpensive repair but no one sells the pin. I contacted Lippert - we don't sell that part seperate - then contacted Etrailer - that part is not available for individual sell - hunted on the net and couldn't find the right size pin anywhere. So I purchased a new jack for $400.00 and put it on myself, easy removal and install, and it works fine. I'm still hunting for the pin since I now have a jack that works except for this cheap part. Just to have a spare if / when #3 fails.
I had to reset the auto leveling jack system - LCI Electronic Leveling - a couple of times because I would get an error code for one jack or the other that would prevent the auto level from working. No big deal to do that I found out. If you get an error code then before detaching from the hitch run all the jacks down at least 6" and then hit retract to pull all the jacks back up. The error code clears and I'm good to go.
This Coachman is my first 5er and I don't know if anyone else has had these sort of issues or if yours even has the same equipment as mine, they may have changed it all if there were enough problems reported.
Just remembered that I replaced the original cheap tires, China Bombs, with Goodyear Endurance. I had no problems on a couple shorts trips with the originals but read a lot on FTE about the cheap original tire failures and damage to the trailer as a result.
I can see that you have a dually your pulling with. Good choice for the weight of the camper. I originally had a '15 F250 that was a little strained holding that much camper as I was reminded by several of the Internet Trailer Weight Police.
Happy Camping and Safe Travels. :-drink
