6.0 no start and a giant pain in my ass.

Okay so this has been a 6 month journey up to this point. At first my IPR stayed at 85 while cranking. I replaced that and my ipr went down to 35 when cranking still no start. Then all of the sudden my ICP-V went haywire I replaced that and it read properly.
My HPOP was weak I replaced that. So then I noticed I notice I have no Cam/Crank sync. I tested the continuity between the censor and harness and I had the correct ohm readings. I replaced Cam/Crank senors sttill no sync. Then I noticed 2 leads going into the PCM were crossed. I would barley touch the main wireharness seat going into the PCM which is the middle of the 3 connections. When I barley touched it everything went nuts number wise. So I thought maybe it shorted the PCM. So I ordered a new wireharness and PCM. In the mean time the FICM seat broke so I ordered/replaced the FICM as well. Needless to say I'm going to be living in this truck soon for how much everything has cost. So here's the parts i've replaced so far all oem

IPR
IPC
HPOP
FICM
PCM
WIREHARNESS
CRANK/CAM

Now here's my numbers with a brand new wireharness. I don't understand why my FICM V is draining or why I don't have cam sync.

FICM 48.5 SYNC:YES 11.5 V at start but it drains down to 7 after cranking which it never did that before the new wireharness.

IPC-V 1.5

HPOP 900-1200 PSI

IPR 45-55

SYNC:NO on the cam/ckp

Another thing is it takes the IPR 10-15 seconds to get below 85. It always starts at 85 and typically stays there for 10 seconds. I simply just don't know what to do now and any advice would be helpful. It's a 2005 F450 6.0 boom truck.

Do you have any rpm reading while cranking, is it smooth or erratic?
