52 f3 dakota swap (D)
Winters here and it's time to build another truck, wife found a f3 at a friends place, picked that up this summer and the planning started. Just recently went to a salvage auction and picked up a 05 dakota slt 4.7, this will be the donor. After gutting and selling parts, the idea is to use the Dakota floor and firewall so this will allow me to use heater box ect from the dakota.

What is the wheel base difference between the Dakota and the F3?
The F3 is 122" Looks like a fun winter project in a heated garage. Better finish working on that snowblower though. Might need that first. :) |
131, bit long but I like long boxes! Snowblower ls my other toy, it's got a vtwin 16hp Briggs!

Looks cool! I have a 1956 IH S100 I was going to put on a hemi durango chassis. How does it look inside the cab for fitment?
