Looking for correct pcm

I purchased a 90 e150 with 5.8l e4od starts if I spray fluid in it and starts everytime after that on it's own. Check engine light is on but doesnt give codes. Traced it down to the pcm which I pulled and it's a reman pcm for a 94 e250 5.8l auto. My question is how can I find the correct pcm for my van? Calibration code is F0TA-15204A10-AA Thanx in advance

I don't know the rules on whether or not I can post this but this is where I got my replacement PCM for the exact same model year / engine / trans.

called the guy directly and he hooked it up. You could probably find it cheaper if you look around but with those places, you are never really sure if what you are getting is correct. This price includes piece of mind in my eyes.

You need to post the calibration code for your van.
F0TA-15204A10-AA is not a calibration code.
A calibration code for your van would be something like 0-64H-R00.

The part number of your PCM is F0TZ 12A650-PD and the number marked on the unit is F0TF 12A650-PD.

Calibration code is F0TA-15204A10-AA :-huh

This is not the Calibration Code, it's the FoMoCo ID number for the Certification Label.

Thank you!

Hey subford, I looked up a much earlier thread detailing how you got all that info and it seems to be outdated due to site changes. When I ordered my PCM from the link above I did not provide my calibration code. Guy only took down the part number. The computer works and I haven't seen any problems but it seems that where you got all that info would be a valuable resource for many.

Where can I look up this part number chart with my calibration code? (0-64K-R00)

I do not think there is anyplace you can look up a calibration code.
Note that the PCM is called a "PROCESSOR AND CALIBRATOR ASSY., (EEC-IV)" in the chart below.
Engineering is the number on the PCM and the service number is the Ford part number.

CALIBRATION: 0-64K-R00 code from my personal information:

Calibration codes can be looked up here: Text Section 93A .. Here is a page from the 1980/89 catalog showing some 1989 examples:
