Centurion parts
I’ve been doing some thinking about adding steps to a Centurion Bronco. It’s a 95, and I’m thinking I would need to buy f150 steps, as it is an f150 body, but could I use other bronco parts from the same couple of years on the truck as well? |
Yes you can, it just depends on the part. 1992-1996
|
Also, I see you are in MN. I also live here, and I am selling my 1995 Centurion if you are interested in owning another
|
So what would I want to look for to get steps that would fit? In those years a crew cab f150 wasn’t made it seems, so would 250 crew can steps fit? Or would they need to be modified?

I would love to own a Centurion, all the ones I have seen were built using a F250 or F350 chassis. Your best bet would probably be to find a F250 crew cab in your area (if it has steps even better) and look/measure to see how the position of the back doors line up between the two models. If they're the same or within a few inches the F250 ones should work. |
Are you planning on using factory style steps or aftermarket ones? It also depends on how your C150 was built, some were cut and extended bronco frames, and others were Super Cab frames.
|
I'm looking to add aftermarket steps. Probably just some black oval tubular, but I'm not sure of what my options are just yet. So from what I'm gathering, I should plan on getting f250 steps, and then possibly needing to make new mounting brackets, sound right?
