96 f150 5.0 running rough

I’ve sent my truck to multiple shops had it diagnosed and was told different things had the transmission checked out and it’s top notch. I did a tune up, had the intake manifold resealed, replaced the fuel pumps, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, I’ve ran almost every fuel treatment you can imagine through it, replaced the EGR valve. The mechanics told me I had good compression and all 8 cylinders were firing. When driving after it’s warm it likes to chug especially up hills
it spits an spudders at low rpm’s. And it seems to me it’s low of power. It’s kicking my butt lol need help

Let's start with the basics, is your Check Engine Light on and if not, have you checked for stored codes? Best place to start.

Check engine light doesn’t work had it checked numerous times and all it threw was abs and #6 cylinder misfire checked it out and the spark plug wasn’t gapped right after I gapped it the code was gone after re checking

Check fuel pressure under load. Also see if the pressure immediately drops when the engine (or pumps stop, engine off) is turned off. If it bleeds off quickly, you may have a leaky injector.
