Tire rumble

Tire rumble from front left. Switched tires and installed new wheel bearings and still getting rumble sound mostly at around 40 mph. Please help as this is drving me crazy. Thanks in advance

Did you re-torque the spindle nut properly? there is a procedure, specially after replacing the bearing. Check the Front End rebuild in my sig for the procedure.

Noise was there before bearing replacement. Rumble will almost smooth out after jerking wheel back and forth a couple times. I'm absolutely stuck here. Thanks brother.
