Neutral Safety Switch on F350

Have a 1988 F350 and need help locating the neutral safety switch.
People have told me its on the steering column, others near the transmission. Either post or email the answer if you know. Thanks for looking.

Just in case you have not found it yet, I have a 91 F350 and the Neutral Safety Switch is located on the outside of the tranny on the drivers side.
