BCM Problems in 2011 F250

So looks like my BCM in my 2011 Super duty is about done. Starting to have all those little weird electrical issues. Radio switches do all the wrong things, wipers won't shut off, getting TPS monitor faults, and the interior dome lights stopped working on entry. I see this is not cheap when going through the dealer, and that is a must unless you know someone with the Ford IDS tool that can reprogram the new BCM. Has anyone tried a company like this https://www.g7computers.com/ that will take your BCM, repair and send back? There should be no need to re-image or re-key if it's the same BCM that was repaired no?

Why not buy a BCM from the Pick n Pull, get an OBDII adapter along with a laptop with FORScan on it to reload the "new" BCM? You can download your As-Built data from Ford.

If your current BCM is readable when installed in the truck, you can download the current configuration from the BCM with FORScan. You cna then upload it to the new BCM.

You will also need two keys as the PATS info about your keys are stored in the BCM.

Based on what I've read so far on the forums FORScan won't code they keys. At least that's what I've seen. Only way to do that is through dealership or mechanic with Ford IDS.
