F450 Driver side tire sticking out more then passenger?

I just got home from getting some Toyo M920 245/70/19.5 installed on my F450. Is this normal to have the driver side stick out more the the passenger. It is about a 1” difference with the tires straight.

It’s really throwing me off and looks out of place to me.

The front axle can get thrown off (one side sticking out more than the other) when leveling or lifting the truck and not relocating the track bar or installing an adjustable one. Is yours stock up front?

How is the rear? My 2018 F250 SRW CCSB passenger side rear wheel sticks out 1.5" more than the other side (very noticeable with larger tires). It really aggravates the the 'ole truck OCD to look at.

Yes it is stock all around. The back looks even.

I didn’t do any lift or anything crazy on this just truck to avoid these issues.

Mine is about the same. It's normal.
The axle moves forward and to the passenger side under compression.

Hard to tell front the pix, but your bumper may not be exactly centered. If true, then your cab (along with fenders & hood) could be adjusted sideways. There is a 12 month / 12K mile warranty period for "adjustments" such as that. I just had my cab moved to the left about 3/8" inch to center it with the bed (my bed had no adjustment left to move it to the right). Actually they rotated my cab because it was already centered about the front bumper. Dropped the truck off at my dealer's body shop at 9AM and they were done by 10:15AM.

just get under there with tape measure and see if its the cab or axle thats off. cab can be moved easy with simple hand tools. no lateral adjustment of the axle without adjustable trackbar.

Not exactly sure where to measure for the cab but it’s seems like it could be off by 1/4 not enough to completely make up the difference. Thanks for the input.

Pretty sure Ford uses one track bar bracket for all the SD trucks. Your F450 probably has a taller HD springs so that alone will shift the axle sightly to the drivers side. As the distance from the axle to the truck go up, the axle pushes slightly more to the drivers side. I have 1.5" leveling coils and mine shifted about 3/4" to the drivers side.
