Lack of power/slow throttle

I’m having a major lack in power and very slow throttle response with the map sensor plugged in. When it’s unplugged it runs like a top.
Any ideas as to why?
Have replaced the ICP,IPR, Hpop, Lpop, TPS, both air temp sensors, Map, EBPS, EBPV, injector cups and orings, fuel filter, fuel pump, cleaned fuel pickup screens.

maybe up pipes, or a boost leak. Have you made a boost leak detector? Do you see any black soot on the firewall behind the turbo?

Check the MAP line hose and make sure it isn't full of oil
