2011 F150 DTC P0705 P1702 U0294

My truck drives like a new one when driving forward, but will not operate right in Reverse. When I tried backing up a couple days ago, it would not go in reverse...I slowly accelerated, and it then went into reverse, obviously roughly due to RPM being up. My reverse camera would not come on and "R" was not illuminated in dash. I backed up to turn around. I ran the codes and DTC P0705 P1702 U0294 all came back. I looked up all the codes and have been researching what to do next. I have no idea. I am not confident that the dealership will be able to do a diagnostic test and tell me what is going on. I thought about dropping pan and replacing the molded lead frame myself...but I am not sure that will fix the problem. Any suggestions?

First week of March 2018, my truck stopped shifting to fifth gear. It gave me the code P0735. I would pull over and clear DTC and it would run great for 45 minutes to an hour, then start giving me problems again. I was on a trip so this happened half a dozen times before I got to dealership. They told me they diagnosed a valve body problem, but they do not think that is the problem, since that is rare for them to go out. They gave me a choice...flush system and flash PCM for $450 or replace valve body for $1450. The mechanic was pretty confident the flash would do the trick. I opted for the $450 route. I am not sure if this problem in March has anything to do with current problem or something totally different. I just wanted to add this in case it is a reoccurring problem. Thanks for any help.

Now I have noticed that if I just put in reverse and wait about 7-10 seconds, the wrench comes up on dash as it shifts into reverse. I had a guy hook up snap on reader to OBD...when in reverse, it isn't recognizing that it is in reverse. I think I will change lead frame tomorrow. Any input on this? Can you remove lead frame without removing entire valvebody or do you remove valve body, then separate lead frame once removing valve body?

I am mid project now. I bought new lead frame...I have just now attached it to valvebody. I will update at the end of the weekend to let you know if this fixed the problem.

Changed out the lead frame over the weekend. That fixed my problem.
