A/C not getting cool

Recently i have discovered that my truck is leaking coolant. I tried to find where the leak is coming from but i cant tell for sure just by looking around but it looks to be coming from the water pump assembly. Maybe a few days earlier i noticed my A/C wasnt blowing cool anymore. Could that be caused by the coolant leak or water pump issue?

It is unlikely that the two conditions are related but, since there are no details given, it is impossible to comment further.

If the engine temperature rises due to being low on coolant, the ECM will turn off the AC compressor to help keep the engine from overheating. That's the only possible connection between the two issues. So first fix the coolant leak, then see if the AC problem goes away on it's own.
