My od lights blinking n not shifting out of 2nd gear, do u know what it cld b ?

It's computer controlled, you need to get in there and pull the codes.

I could list a whole bunch of things it could be. If you want to know what it is, get the codes read. The places that read codes free CANNOT read these codes. You need either a good independent shop or a Ford dealer.
