Ultra Rare F-150 Craigslist Ad- Lol

https://baltimore.craigslist.org/cto/d/1995-ford-f150-4x4-ext-cab/6612608687.html

I know these trucks are nice, but I had no idea how rare they are! Lol. And apparently this is the nicest one in existence according to the owner. And it has ONLY 162,000 miles! And it had the ultra rare and desirable 5.0L! He's seen them going for upwards of $15k so he's practically giving it away. What more could you want?!

Lol, the owner needs to lay off the crack pipe. He's trying to blow smoke up everyone's ass.

He's holding out for that buyer who has cash to burn, and doesn't know squat, but will pay that price.

Anyone who knows anything will be able to correct the entire ad, but again, this ad isn't geared toward folks like us.

At the same time, maybe because it is such a clean example up in the PA area? Around here that would likely go for $3000-4000, even then most folks around here would look for 3/4 ton at a minimum, and diesels are what folks are after mostly here when shopping for these older trucks.

I hate to break it to him, but I have fewer miles on my rust free 97 F250 XLT...

he used the word "rare" three times and the word "nice" 5 times. even if i were looking for a half-ton mall princess i don't think i could stomach the sales pitch that would certainly be waiting for me if i went to view it. nice unit though.

Well since I live in PA and it APPEARS to be pretty clean, I would say it is a 4-5k truck

Very very very nice truck. Just ask him

Robert Long 06-19-2018 08:24 PM

I guess mine would be classified as unobtainium, wouldn't sell for for twice the price, and not near as nice in appearance!

humphrey169 06-19-2018 08:27 PM

Mine books for 3000 but wouldn't take 30,000. Yes I would, give me 30 now

Robert Long 06-19-2018 08:41 PM

Yes I would give me 30 now,---yea 30 years ago I was as stupid as I am now!

humphrey169 06-19-2018 08:44 PM

I live in PA, and they still don't sell for 15k in that kind of shape, like Brad said, it's about a 4-5k truck at most.

But I have to say that I wouldn't even sell mine for 15k, even though I know it's not really worth that. Someone actually offered me 10k before I fixed all the rust and repainted, sometimes I think I would been better off if I had sold it to him :-X04

Yeah, I don't know that market. $15K seems ridiculous no matter where you are, but I could see the "right buyer" paying $7500, even if it's a $4000-5000 truck up there.

There's an ass for every seat :-X14
