I have a 56 Ford f100 I am building I have a Tennessee title from 1973 the title shows 10 digits instead of 11 I have decode it ,after the letter u in vin which is Louisville ky there are 4 numbers instead of 5 I don’t know if it’s a mistake on tile or maybe it has only 10 from factory there is a space on title between letter u in the vin and next number never seen another 56 title so don’t know. I can’t read front right side of frame been blasted ,filled and painted doesn’t have a plate in drivers side jam. Was wondering if I am going to have a problem licensing truck ? Original owner passed away long ago. Any help would be appreciated
