98 Expy / No intermittent wipers
 

98 Expy w/5.4. Wiper work fine on medium and high. However the intermittent feature is a no go. They go about 1/4 of the way up the window at a time. And don’t always part when turned off. Medium and high everything is good. I replaced the switch on the column thinking that was the issue, but still the same. I took the wiper arm assembly all out today and cracked the wiper motor to see if there was anything messed up. Didn’t see anything out of the ordinary.

Has anybody had this issue and what fixed it for you?
