in need of ex manifolds for 62 with 292 , stock , rams head or headers , any out there

Check Ebay. Rams horns from Speedway, free shipping. $389 John Mummert has them for $349. Don't know what his shipping cost is. Cheap truck headers on Ebay flat black for like $255. I saw stainless headers on there also.

Lot's of options out there. Sources for rams horns are already mentioned. For Headers, there is Red's, Sanderson, Patriot (same as Speedway Motors), Stan's. The long tube patriots have issues with fitment on these trucks, they hit the crossmember, so be prepared to get a hammer and / or grinder in order to make room if you get a set of those.

From a power standpoint, headers will be better but simply going to dual exhaust is an excellent decision. Stock rams horns and the Sanderson offering have been dyno tested against many others. Exhaust test to end all tests?
