Wanting to buy a used truck. 2012+ f150
 

Hey everyone. Kinda new here and looking for buying advice. Come around June im wanting to buy a 2012 or newer f150. I worked for a ford dealer back in 2014-16 and loved the 15 year models. My price range is $20k or less finaced with $6,000 down.

A lot of trucks i have found are around the 2013 year and 100k+ for that range. Are the trucks ok around this year with that many miles?

You should be able to find a used model with fairly low mileage in that price range. Just traded my 2011 F150 with 60k miles for just about that much. You will see trucks from about my mileage and up to double easily. So long as they are well maintained there shouldn’t be major issues.
The later models haven’t really changed significantly up to 2015. Some engine changes and 2017 started seeing the 10 speed transmission.
