Reading fuel pressure through Scangauge
Hi all I have a 2011 Ford e350 van 6.8 liter. Someone told me I could read the fuel pressure through the scan gauge II. I put in the appropriate x gauge codes but it still doesn’t work. Is there anyone here that can verify that they can actually read the fuel pressure this way?

contact SG direct, their tech line is very good. I dont know the answer, on my diesel I had to install a pressure gauge for it. The SG is used for monitoring the stuff the computer does. Voltage, trans temp etc.

I contacted them and they gave me the x code for it. They said after I entered the code if it still didn’t read that I couldn’t see it. That’s why I was asking if anyone with similar make or model actually could verify or have verified they could read it. Again I was told that it did have a sensor and should be able to read it. Trying to figure out if I’m doing something wrong

There is no sensor that reports the fuel pressure to the computer so you can’t see it with the scangauge.

Ok. Thank you
I was wondering because you can actually purchase one for the vehicle through rock auto |
