Front drive shaft ujoints?
 

93 f150 all new tie rods ball joints and axle ujoints and a frontend alinment. swapped the auto hubs out for warn manuel ones. ? is I have a slight vibration the front ujoint on the driveshaft needs replacing but wonder if this can be causing the vibration? When the hubs are in FREE and tranfer case in 2 wheel does the driveshaft still turn and the bad ujoint be causing this?

If the hubs are unlocked, and the transfer case is in 2x4, the front axle & front driveshaft should not rotate.

Verify the hubs & transfer case are unlocked. If they are unlocked, then your vibration is elsewhere.

Tires are the most common vibration source.
