Steering column swap
 

I have a 1992 Nite Edition, I am putting a manual trans in it my question is I want to retain the tilt column, can I take the non tilt column out of my 94 parts rig and with parts off the 92 column can I make this work or if someone has a fllor shift tilt column for sale, let me know please. Thanks

Sorry, been gone for a while. I have been into a few of these steering columns, used pieces and parts of one to repair another and so forth. I know the shifter handle/tube assembly is pretty easily removable. The inner workings of the column and floor shift steering column is pretty much the same. I would think then it would simply be a matter of making the outer trim pieces/ covers fit.
