What is This Parts Name
What is the name of this part in the photo that is holding the bolt to the passenger side inner fender. The bolt holds three wires. I would bet it is no longer available. Can anyone tell me if they had to fabricate something?
This fits a 1965 Ford F100, 352 engine; https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.for...044bbfc4bf.png |

Thank You Sir.
Much appreciated. Thanks for the lead on obtaining the Junction Block / Terminal Block also |
Lots of different cars had something similar. Chevy pickups had them on the firewall.

I have made them from a strip of plexiglass, lexan if you have it.

One more question; I am confused, is this junction box suppose to be a metal ground or not? |
Not a grounding block. In fact if the junction block fails or falls apart enough to allow those wires or the common stud they bolt to to touch ground - i.e. the metal inner fender that’s holding it in place - it is sure to release the smoke from the wires really fast and can go downhill from there quickly - up to and including burning the whole truck to the ground. Caution is in order.

Thanks for the Info Chad.
Really good to know. I was looking at a homemade metal junction block and that would have been a disaster. Appreciate it very much!!!! |
