Instrument Cluster Gauge Light Out
 

I searched "instrument cluster" and in 8 pgs. didn't find my issue.

At the area of 11 O'clock position of the speedometer and entire fuel gauge the back lighting is out. Needles work fine. In other enthusiast forums I see full removal and tear down of the cluster is required with new lighting being soldered in.

Does anyone know of a how-to floating around including sources and list of parts needed?
