Pic of a 2008 tailgate with no cap on it

Looking for a picture of a 2008 and up tailgate with no cap on it. I want to see the difference between those and the 2007 and older.

Thank you. Still trying to figure out how to put a 2008+ cap on my 2001 but the side-by-side comparison isn't very promising.:(

Put an '08 and up tailgate on it.
It looks better & has more options with a step and backup camera.

Are you talking about the plastic part that snaps on the top of the tailgate, or "cap" as in "Topper, Bed Cap, Camper Shell"?

I took it to mean both based on his previous posts.

FYI, the plastic along the top of the tailgate is referred to as "molding" in catalogs.

I'm referring to the plastic molding on top of the gate, sorry for any confusion. My tailgate is absolutely mint so I don't need, nor can I afford, an '08 up gate. I just like the look of the '08 up. Gives it the look of a small spoiler. Figured I could easily put that molding on but again, not that easy. Just like I wanted to remove my F 250 side and gate emblems. But apparently Ford engineers thought workers couldn't figure out where to locate them without a post on the back and a hole in the fender.
