2007 6.0 radiator leak concerns. Can leaky radiator hide blown head gasket?

Side note. This past January I did oil cooler, egr delete, stc, dummy plugs, "rebuilt" injectors with spool valve cleaning. T stat. Couple other things I'm sure I'm forgetting. Then blew HG's weeks later. Took the truck to the dealer and had them do studs for $1900 labor with 2 yr warranty. Not bad considering other prices in my area giving hardly any warranty at all.

Anyway. After I got truck back from dealer. My radiator was leaking a bit, which is wasn't before at all. Now it's leaking quite a lot more.

my concern is, the dealer didn't machine the heads.
I didn't care since it's under "warranty".
My question.
could a significant radiator leak hide a blown Head gasket? Like would the pressure escape from radiator inside of blowing out the degas bottle?

sorry for long post.

I guess in theory it's possible. But the reality is probalby a lot more mundane; lots of techs kneel on the radiator while working on the engine, and it's not uncommon for the tank seals to fail even without someone bouncing on them. IMO replace the radiator, then if you're concerned with the head gaskets stick a pressure gauge on the cooling system.
