Good evening all. Does anyone here have a suggestion on a chrome brake booster/mc combo? My proportioning valve is below the cab on drivers side. Although it was originally located on the steering gear box. inline tube sent me the lines that terminate under the cab at a prop valve there. I purchased a adjustable prop valve from speedway it is a cpp. I'm confident it will work fine, now I cannot find a booster/mc combo (chrome) I hope someone here can be of some help. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Here is a chrome 7" double diaphragm booster:
Universal 7" Dual Diaphragm Booster Chrome - Pirate Jack

And here is a matching 'corvette style' master cylinder:
MC1321ACHFT - GM Universal Aluminum Chrome Master Cylinder, - Pirate Jack

On the MC, make sure you get a disc/disc or disc/drum unit to match your setup.

Thank you monkey1 for the reply I will defiantly check that out, I am sure LMC sent me the wrong brake line kit ( the kit was in an inline tube box) The 74 f100 2wd short bed kit should terminate at a prop valve at the master cylinder per this

and my part # that was shipped matched the part # in there catalog for a 74 f100 2wd short bed. Well for some reason I received a brake line kit for a 73.

I don't believe I'm the only one that has received the wrong brake line kit.
This in turn is where all my confusion is coming in to play, I don't have enough knowledge of brake systems to know exactly what I can and cannot make work. I have emailed LMC with this issue and have yet to get any response. I'll keep yall posted as to what information I may get.

on a different note, How should I go about painting these hood hinges? Does the yellow need to be removed before I paint or can they simply be cleaned with some metal prep?

Easy, just rotate the spring 180º, or thereabouts, in its seats.

You can see on my truck - which also has that crossmember...

Thanks meangreen92, what about where the spring has to be clocked a certain way to fit the stamp in the spring/shock tower?

What do you guys and gals recommend, steering ujoints or rag joint? My shaft lines up straight with the gearbox shaft.
