need advice

I'm in a bit of a predicament, a couple years ago I picked up a (traded a truck for a truck) 91 RC SB 4wd F150. It has been lifted (6"-8") and SAS by one of the previous owners, it's a decent job; certain things about it I would have done differently but it is what it is. It has the 5.0L V8 with the 5 speed manual. It has 4 matching 35" tires, the body is pretty nice but not perfect. I thought for sure I would have no problem reselling this truck. Until recently it ran decent, some how it got water in #3 and #7 cylinders. I suspect through the intake somehow, I got it running but the engine is definitely hurt. Missing badly and has no power, I'm suspecting a burnt valve or valve seat damaged from the water getting in. I really don't want to put anymore time or money into it. Its a decent truck, I hate to just scrap it; just don't know what to do with it now. I wish I could post up some pictures of it, I don't have the means of doing so. I guess that's what I get for trying to help someone, screwed very frustrated with the whole situation. Any thoughts or suggestions?

i would pull the head and see what is up with those two cylinders.
if it is just the head, a junkyard head would probably make it run on all 8.

But yea you probably going to just have to pull the heads. Hopefully you just bent some pushrods or bent valve etcnot bent rod etc
