Few pics of 350 cclb

Got about 6500 on her now, love it
Towing is a beast, i can say the truck itself handles the same loads noticeably better at speed that my 2012 dodge cummins. Power of course isnt the same the cummins was tuned. But defintely the most powerful stock truck ive ever driven. I must say i like the torque under 2000 rpm, one of the things that drew me to the dark side ford now has!
I cant wait to get some trans tuning in this truck, wont be long.

Beautiful! Any rubbing with the tires? Did you level it?

No rubbing at all, on or off road. No leveling kit but she does have camper package. With my tools in the truck only has about 2-1/2" rake. Its tempting to level and put 37's on so the tires dont look so puny but i tow enough i like the rake.

Thank you
I added the magnetic a few weeks after my order, i get alot of compliments on it , hides dirt very well and you dont see many like it.

I read these stories of the 2017 not pulling like tuned trucks and think man, those tuned trucks must put out a whole lot of power. I was so impressed with my 400/800 2011 and how it could pull 20K up huge grades with ease. And that's with stock power. Now the 2017s have so much more I can only imagine how good it can be.

Truck looks like a jewel...

KubotaOrange76 02-12-2017 10:34 PM

Thank you
Definitely most refined truck i have ever owned
I agree on power epic, plenty enough and i am totally satisfied.
Being picky i dont like the defuel at shifts and the slushy gear changes. waste of torque

That's almost exactly what I'd like to get. Unfortunately, I'm not buddies with any contractors and the LB is 6" longer than my garage. Not wanting to park outside, knowing my wife would kill me for what it would cost to extend our garage for a truck...I'll have to stick with a SB.

I don't blame ya, I always gotta ask though! I like the '78s because of the round headlights. I believe the '79s went to square-ish ones that basically filled that black area that exists around the circle ones on yours.

KubotaOrange76 02-13-2017 12:00 PM

I hear ya on asking!

you are correct sir, I have a soft spot for all dent-sides
