is there such thing as a cheap canopy?

do you guys know of any companies that sell canopys for a reasonable price... i keep seeing an average of about $1 grand..i dont really care if it comes with all the frills and gimics or not, just want a cover for equipment and such once and awhile... anyone know of any websites.. anyone in tX selling a used one?
my application is 2001 F250 6.5' bed

No, there is no such thing as a cheap canopy.

I live on Kodiak Island, in Alaska. I bought a Snug Top "Highliner" canopy for my shortbed SD. It has tinted glass, sliders in the side and in the front, it has a headliner, and a third brake light. Delivered and installed *drum roll*..................................$2,400.00

Obscene! But thats the cost of living in BFE.
