Fender Flare Questions

My truck was hit in a parking lot last week, right behind the rear wheel well on the driver side. The damage was not bad but there are some scratches and small dents and it is driving me nuts looking at it. I considered getting one of the stick on rocker panel covers and going over it with that. However, I am not sure how it would look without having fender flares as well. I have a white 2011 CCLB. The other thing I considered was just going with flares to cover up the worst of the damage. For that though, I am not sure how flares would look with my tires (not filling the flares enough). I am currently running 285/70r17s. I am planning on getting new tires within the next two months so size changes are possible.

In summary here are my questions.

1. What would black rocker panel covers look like on my white truck without flares?

2. What would flares look like with my current tire size (285/70r17)?

3. What size tires would fill the flares more while allowing me to keep stock suspension with no rubbing?

Pics would be great. Thanks

I'm running 286/70/17 tires and put on some OEM wheel flares. Looking down the truck from the side it's about a perfect match width wise. I've seen trucks with the large cutout style bushwhacker flares paired with near stock tires and IMO it looks weird. I think that as long as you stuck with the OEM or extended style flares it would look good and stay away from the pocket style unless you're going to go with much larger tires.

I'm not sure what the stick on panels you're thinking about look like but I've seen lots of white trucks with the bottom sprayed with black bed liner and they look good.

For the panels I was looking at something like the ici rocker armor panels.

If you are looking for the larger flares I just posted a link to amazon, they have a set for $120. I don't have any experience with Ici rocker armour but I do have the rt steps, font bumper and rear bumper from them and they are very high quality. The guys at Ici were great to work with too

Those of you guys that have flares, what size tires are you running? I also wouldn't mind seeing some pictures of bedlined rocker panels.

Does anybody here have bedlined rocker panels?
